Annotation:
The contents of educational process, as well as its
organization are dedicated to building the image of public
administrator. It is the person to conduct direct contact with
people in need of his competence. Educational goals include building
of specific qualities in modern administrators.
Orientation:
Administrative managers should own the following qualities as
part of their system of virtues:
-to be honest and loyal to the state (company) administration;
-not to be pliable to corruption and not to tolerate it;
-to be able to cope with future management challenges.
MANAGEMENT
Social attitude depends on public administrator’s behaviour,
therefore responsibilities in front of lecturers and educated can be
interpreted as responsibilities in front of society.
Professional realization:
-
in economy
administrations as experts and heads of departments in public state
and municipal institutions;
-
in village councils;
-
at the administration of
organizations in non-material area (professional unions, art,
education, learning etc.).
Graduation:
After successfully passing the state exam, this faculty
graduates acquire a higher education diploma, Bachelor’s degree. |
