Hospitality Management, 4 years, Bachelor of Arts:
This program of study is an internationally recognized degree
program and it is
accredited
by
the Cyprus Accreditation Council. Professors of this faculty have
very high academic qualifications coupled with industry experience. The
emphasis remains upon excellence of teaching and academic distinction.
Students study during the winter months and work for four months during
the summer in leading hotels all over Cyprus. During work placement
they get paid approximately USD 500 per month.
Business Studies, 4 years, Bachelor of Arts:
This course lasts for four years and leads to the Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Business Studies. After the first year students may choose
one of the three concentrations offered by the College in International
Business Studies (IBS), Management Information Systems (MIS)
or Shipping & Logistics (S&L).

International Business Studies (IBS):
This program offers a solid foundation in the concepts and skills of
international management. The primary focus is on global issues,
strategic planning, business management as well as providing expertise
in international business decision-making.

Management Information Systems (MIS):
Students choosing concentration in MIS, take business courses together
with IBS students. At the same time they take specialized courses in
information technology. This combination of business studies and
computer related courses makes graduates popular candidates for
managerial positions in any kind of business enterprise.

Shipping and Logistics (S&L):
The aim of this valuable and innovative program is to offer students a
solid foundation in the concepts and skills of international shipping
and logistics management, which enable them to have an international
career.

Accounting and Finance, 4 years, Bachelor of Arts:
This is a four- year degree program and leads to the Bachelor of Arts
degree in Accounting and Finance.
The
ultimate purpose of this program is to educate and train high school
graduates to:

to employees, both inside and outside the accountancy profession

Events Management, 4 years, Bachelor of Arts: This is a four years degree program and leads to
the Bachelor of Arts degree in Events Management.
The
objectives of the program are:

appropriately to a variety of organizational situations

Hotel Administration, 3 years, Higher Diploma:
This program of study is a three-year full time program and it is
accredited
by the Cyprus Accreditation Council. The
first year emphasizes on the Food and Beverage theory and practice
combined with other related subjects. The College arranges work
placement in a reputable hotel where students gain a lot of experience.
The second year emphasizes on the Rooms Division with reception,
housekeeping and related subjects. Work experience in a reputable hotel
is also provided. The last year of study concentrates on management
theories and practices, which are directly related to the Hotel
Industry. Upon successful completion of the third year, students have
the opportunity to be also awarded with the internationally recognized
Diploma in Hospitality Management by the American Hotel and
Lodging Association (AH&LA).
Travel and Tourism Administration, 2 years, Diploma:
This
program of study is a two-year program and it is
accredited
by
the Cyprus Accreditation Council. The objective of this program
is to train students for a successful and exciting career in tourism.
During the first year students acquire solid technical knowledge related
to international air travel. At the same time they are introduced to all
the different sectors of the travel and tourism industry and study two
foreign languages. Furthermore, they have the opportunity to acquaint
themselves with the basic concepts of accounting or the structure of the
hospitality industry. The second year of the course is a true travel and
tourism management program and its aim is to prepare young executives
for the tourism industry. The courses taught cover a wide spectrum of
management subjects ranging from marketing and financial management to
computer applications and tour operations. Students are actively
prepared for the internationally recognized IATA-UFTAA Diploma exams.
The College has been an authorized training center for the past fifteen
years.
Information Technology, 2 years, Diploma: This is a two-year program leading to the Diploma
in Information Technology. The principal aim is to train high caliber
computing and information systems professionals. One feature of this
program is the possibility of part time work in local information
technology companies. Graduates of this program are accepted to the
third year of the MIS course.
Business Administration, 1 year, Postgraduate Diploma:
This
program is offered in cooperation with the University of Wolverhampton,
UK. Upon successful completion of this program, students may transfer to
the above University and be awarded with the MBA or MA in International
Business.

This is a one-year program leading to a Postgraduate Diploma in
Management studies.

ultimate purpose of this program is to enable participants to:

who wish to develop a career in general management, in specialist or
functional management at a senior level, in management consultancy or
who wish to build and run their own business

Students with deficiencies in English may attend the
Summer Intensive English course from
July through September.
The aim of the summer course is to help students to
improve their knowledge of the English language so that they may
attend successfully the main program of study.
There
are three intakes per year: October and February and June
(only English).
