| General Information The Institute of Public Administration and Social Studies was opened in December
1993. The first enlistment of students was carried out in September 1994.
The Institute trains highly qualified specialists in governing and municipal
management, improves qualification of the municipal, federal and regional
organizations' staff. The Institute turns out specialists, who are able:
to solve the problems of organisational, informational, and expert providing of
managerial decisions;
to establish the procedure of federal and local organisations' activity;
to implement the coordination of activities of different structures of state
governing;
to provide the connection of federal and regional power branches, ministries and
departments with the publicity and mass media.
After the second year of studies the students practice at the federal, municipal
and commercial institutions.
